The center has a highly educated research and development team with a complete range of professional disciplines. The head of the research and development department has experience in studying abroad for research and development. The research and development personnel also have many years of experience in the development of national standard samples and national standard substances. They have completed the development of two national standard substances and obtained corresponding certificates. They have applied for 8 national standard sample biotoxin project applications and concluded 2 projects, and have relevant work experience. The center has a comprehensive system for physical and chemical quality control, microbiology, and drug testing of pharmaceutical preparations, with over 75% of personnel with bachelor's degrees or above.

The company has invested over 10 million yuan in the testing center, and currently has microbiological testing rooms and physicochemical testing rooms that meet drug testing requirements. There are over 200 high-precision testing instruments and equipment of various models. The Bodong Testing Center focuses on the research and development, production and sales of food, feed, medicine, and environmental related safety testing products, and has covered: biological toxin standards, veterinary drug residues, pesticide residues standards, environmental standards, pharmaceutical standards, pharmaceutical intermediates, chemical standards, 13C isotope internal standards, biological and pharmaceutical enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kits, genetically modified Food allergen enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kit and other standard samples.

The testing capabilities of the center cover physical, chemical, and microbiological testing of food and drug packaging materials, chemical testing of standard samples for pesticide residues, veterinary drug residues, pharmaceutical chemicals, and laboratory specialized reagents, physical, chemical, microbiological testing of quality control samples, and sterilization testing of standard detergents (load cloths).
